Feel Cheated and disappointed with rude and unprofessional customer service received from on ground staff at Adelaide airport.Always traveled with Singapore airlines and recommended to my friends and family but not anymore. I was charged AUD483.31for extra baggage at check-in and on my asking for the reason for charging this huge amount staff could not provide me with satisfactory answers. Further to my disappointment, received an email reply from Singapore airlines customer service department to justify the amount charge and just a sorry for rude staff's unprofessional dealing with customers. Never ever going to travel with this airline again in future. Stuck, this time, thought would have pleasant travel and instead of considering any other airlines with cheap airfare as compare to, Singapore airlines would be better but it all turns out to be, was a BIG MISTAKE. ON GROUND RUDE STAFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
