Flew Shannon to Boston July 2015. Travelled with my 2 sons aged 4 and 7. Had requested children's meals and at service I was told they weren't on board. We were delayed so in total they didn't get a meal for the whole 8 hour's we were on board. Flight entertainment was awful. No children's movie and only a small amount of tv channels to choose from. Customer service is forcing a travel voucher on me which I do not wish to accept and won't allow me to discuss my case with a manager or senior member of staff.
