Air New Zealand review by Susan 2015-01-19

Oh my goodness - my husband and I flew Air New Zealand from Melbourne - Auckland - Los Angeles - Auckland - Melbourne and they were absolutely flawless. From check in to being seated - I cannot thank the Air New Zealand staff enough. They were very polite and ever so helpful. I cannot remember the ladies name but she was one of the more mature flight attendants with blonde hair and as this was our first trip to the States, she was making reccomendations for us and helping us so much. Even though we only flew Economy, the food and the seats and the inflight entertainment were fantastic! After spending 6 weeks in the USA I couldnt wait to get back on the plane - not to get home - but just for the experience all over again. We loved Air New Zealand so much that we booked them again for our trip in May / June of this year however we booked Premium Economy this time. Unfortunately, Premium Economy was not available for the leg from LA to Auckland so I have everything crossed that they will be able to help us out! I have reccomended Air New Zealand to all of my friends and family and even managed to convince a family member who has flown with another Australian airline for 23 years to fly Air New Zealand - they have not looked back! I cant reccommend Air New Zealand strongly enough. You wont actually believe how amazing they are until you actually fly with them. Bring on 30 May!
