United Airlines review by Shyam

Business class seat cushions have no "cushion" effect in three out of four flights in the past week. The middle of these cusahions were visibly depressed. The trips were extyremely uncomfortable. Passengers from economy class were permitted to user the washtrooms in business class. Durirng a very short visit to the toilket one of my eyes turned red in a few seconds. On exitiing I asked the fligth attendand if they used any chemicals and was advised they used a deodorizer. A few mnutes later I returened to the toilet to try to wash the infected eye. There wasthen a lot of ice in the wash basin.. The luggage turned up at the carrousel about two hours after arrival o the flight.
