It took us ONE HOUR to check in and then (and only then) did they tell us we owed 100 Euros (50 E/flight) because my husband's bag (which he always flies with and flew on the EXACT same plane to Athens with- Airbus A321) is "too big" for their miniature sized carry on requirements. No curtesy from the attendants other than a couple apologies combined with excuses about the system (which functioned fine for 20 other passengers while we waited). THEN, just for fun they did double security (bag search, shoes off, body pat down) at the gate. To top things off, the assistant promised us exit row seats as compensation and we instead ended up crammed into two wing seats with no leg room while those two seats remained open. Worst two flights ever with the worst service I have ever received.
