Southwest Airlines review by Maray 2016-09-22

On today, sept 22. 2016, Flight 532 St. Louis to Dallas. I just got off this flight and I had to let you know what happened earlier. On board we had an ocd mentally ill person gentlemen who was obsessed with being a flight attendant and was interfering with letting the crew do their job. This passenger should have been accompanied by family . I know Taylor and Joann were 2 names, And a very professional blond. Joann managed to calm this gentleman down and even let him participate in things like giving peanuts out. I can tell that had this not been handled so well this poor mentally ill gentleman could have lost it. They went above and beyond their duties to make sure he was acknowledged constantly and we were protected. It was similar to a negotiater. I was so impressed by your crew that I had to stop and write. Thank you south west. You probably touched someone's life that will never forget this and at the same time protected all others from things getting out of hand. Great job.
