Horrible service! They offer insurance to feel safe to make any changes to your filght. So i booked the flight for my wife. Then i notice the returning flight time was wrong I tried to change it through insurance. The insurance negated my request for change of flight they stated that it was not a emeergeny situation. Please call avianca they said so i didi and they were charging me 275 dollars more to make the cahnge. They stated if it was an emergency they would be able to waive the fee. So Why do they offer insurance if they can do the changes like the insurance company? Now we are stuck with flight not knowing if my wife is able to make in time. This is the worst airline to deal with to go international.
