Was a lovely experience, my flight on 06th Feb-16 from DEL-SFO. Thought it's one of the longest route flight but the experience was so nice I did not even realize when ~17hours passed by. Nice food, nice staff, very polite & soft spoken. I have been flying to US only on AI flights from last 3years & there is a huge improvement. Really happy that now there is SFO-DEL direct flight, can save time now to avoid connection from EWR/ ORD.
