Delta Air Lines review by Est 2016-02-15

I had change checked in for my flight online but got delayed while waiting to check in my luggage but when I got to the counter 30 minutes before my flight was to take off, I was forced to change my flight and got charged for the changes and yet the flight had not left yet. Then I get to Atlanta then my connecting flight was delayed not because of weather and I did not see any refund for my dela because it was not for weather reason. So if I am to be charged for the delay to check in my bag even when the flight hasn't departed yet. I would like to be refunded as well if my flight is delayed for no weather or mechanical reason. It should be both ways. I think it is a rip off for what delta is doing. I would like that to be corrected
