The Absolute WORST! By the time you ADD all of the fees you could very well pay to fly with a reputable carrier. The website is confusing, everything has a fee attached. Please don't be fooled, it's reverse psychology. The customer service staff are not the most helpful the line disinfects often & the hold times are up to one hour. The seats are tight with minimum leg room. At the end of the flight they had the audacity to ask people to help save cost by removing trash. There is customer appreciation (not even a 6 oz bottle of water). In fact off brand (Dollar Store water & off brand mixed nuts = 7.00) 50.00 to sit in a semi bigger seat. READ all of the details online before booking. I would NEVER recommend using Spirit.
