Terrible airline. Terrible service, terrible connections. Absolutely the worst in every way. Check in line was 2 hours, Plane was dirty, with garbage in seat pockets, seat was hard like a brick and crooked. Connection time was 14 hours, stranded in vietnam with no water. Staff are incredibly indifferent, even when we were on the verge of dehydration.
