Alaska Airlines review by Heather 2015-11-16

I don,t usually write reviews but just read one that I definitely don't agree with. Alaska is our airline of choice mostly because of their amazing customer service. A couple of years ago my husband had booked a shuttle to take five people to Sky Harbour for an early morning flight to Bellingham. It didn't show so the flight was missed. The airline arranged for them to be on the next flight and charged them nothing. From that day on we fly Alaska whenever possible.
