Ordered and paid for in-flght meals for flight from Dublin to Manchester. Plane was late so when we took off flight attendant informed us that meals were not put on plane. When we tried to get a refund Aer Lingus told us their policy was no refunds for any reason even though it was their problem. Apart from this unreasonable issue, considering the number of times they must be late, the flight was an average flight.
