Air Canada review by Christopher 2017-01-06

A group of us took Air Canada Rouge from Calgary to Toronto to Venice return. Out of the 14 of us all have said they will never fly AC Rouge ever again. On the Toronto to Venice leg there was no entertainment system, not even music. Seats were narrow and seat pitch was uncomfortable. Water offered once at the start of the trip with garbage pickup just before touch down. Cabin staff were notably not in evidence through most of the flight only at and just after take off and just before landing. EDITORS COMMENT: There is in flight entertainment but it's through WiFi therefore you need to download the 'player' app first to your personal device.
