Worst flying experience ever. A 21hours journey (Milan-New Delhi-Sydney) became a 5 days odyssey showing high level of incompetence, lack of support, lack of care for the passengers. It's when something goes wrong that a truly well planned process stands out.. definitely not the case for air india... who prefers to leave passengers stranded and tired at airports with not support and very poor communication Definitely stay away from this company
