Southwest Airlines review by Monique 2015-07-25

I fly southwest at least once a year. Only airline I don't get anxiety on.Almost every time I fly with them it's a smooth flight. The customer service is always on point. The gate agents , flight attendants , and pilots all have a sense of humor. NO baggage fees, everyone is treated equally. Free drinks (non- alcoholic) and snacks (peanuts and pretzels ). Your flight will 99.9 percent of the time arrive early unless your flight is delayed, but even at times we still arrived on time if not few minutes after original schedule. With that being said if you want to save money & have an enjoyable flight southwest is your airline !
