Malaysia Airlines review by Michael 2016-02-15

Despite the best efforts of the new CEO Christoph Mueller who obviously learned customer service from the waffen ss. Malaysia airlines is still a very friendly, approachable, comfortable and thoroughly civilized airline. The air crew are the best bar none. Dont believe me. Just compare with "Keep Looking Miserable KLM". I have nothing but praise for this airline. As for Herr Mueller, all he did at his previous job was to run Aer Lingus into the ground, to the point that it became cheap enough for BA to buy it, Its easy to be an airline turnaround guru if you just fire everyone and then give up on the airline.
