Air Canada review by Joseph 2016-09-07

we were delay for our connexion flight because of a poor judgement from air canada stuff from first trip from ottawa to montreal. after many delay of departure the boarded us and left us waiting for arround 45 min waitng for traveler never showed, they assured us that all flight in montreal know the situation and waiting for us and when we landed in montreal was too late and our next plane has left, it was grand prix in montreal and couldn't find hotel to spent the night , they directed us to put the luggage in storage and try to find hotel and assured us that we will get reimbersement for all expensises that we have to pay waiting for next plane after 24 hours, because they know that this is their mistake. we are family of 4 with 2 chidren that will be horrible. after we came back from our trip we submitted the documentation and we found out that ,and after more than 6 weeks that they pay only $100 for hotel, no storage and no meal. that is not acceptable.
