Economy Class

On arrival to the airport out 7 year old son who has asd was extremely upset. There was a long queue at check in . A lovely Aer Lingus worker by the name of Mark saw how upset our son was. He took our family aside and took us to another check in desk with no queue. There the was a lady checking us in . She allowed our son to sit beside her and scan the barcodes on the bags. And press to button for the bags to move on the belt. Our son absolutely loved this . And was calm and happy. Also the cabin crew going over and returning coming were exceptional. I honestly can say i will never fly with another airline again only Aer Lingus 100% .
