Polite, friendly, staff and reasonably efficient, however, the seating in economy is extremely uncomfortable on a long haul trip of 10+ hours. It seems that quite a few airlines are adopting very uncomfortable seat designs that have minimal cushioning and that have only the seat base that slides backwards or forwards as a substitute for a reclining seat. This arrangement is ergonomically unsound and just unacceptable for a long haul flight. The aircraft flown was an Airbus A330.
