Economy Class

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was on hold for ages, and when I finally spoke to an agent he transferred the call to someone who never appeared. As a result it was impossible to make any changes to my flight once I booked. In addition, the seats were uncomfortable, the cabin was dirty, and the film selection was poor. I will never fly with Air China again.
