I flew Norwegian from LA to London and back to LA a month later. Flight from LAX was average. Small wait for check in, boarded on time and actually got to London about 45 minutes early because of a jet stream. Entertainment was only okay. I have seen much better film options on international flights like KLM and even Air France. But when you're saving hundreds of dollars it doesn't bother me as much. Food was average. I made sure to bring a bottle of water because you only get one little cup of your beverage and it is only given to you during meals. Coming back from London was a different story. Our flight was delayed more than 5 hours. Luckily Gatwick is practically a mall and we were given a 8 pound voucher which I thought was very nice of them. My seat back screen was giving me trouble and the buttons weren't working at first. It then just shut off and wouldn't turn on. I try not to ask flight attendants for anything but I had to ask for them to look into it. A little grouchy, but the flight attendant said he would restart it, it would just take a little bit. 5 minutes later I was back to watching my film. Overall the money I saved flying them makes it all worth it.
