Just really really ordinary! The booking process is so laborious, with consist add on purchases, over and over again. Then trying to check in online, and never receiving the text, only to be told that I may not have opted to pay the 90 cents to receive the text message! Then the in flight lucky dip raffle tickets being sold. Not to mention the delay, check in computer problems and a obnoxious staff. Where has customer service gone Jetstar!
