I fly from Brussels and Stockholm, it's a 737-700 airplane, there was a sharp piece of metal under my seat that cut my jeans, and hurt my skin. When I told it to the crew, she just gave an ‘o.k.’ expression, then no apology or further action like help me change another seat happened! When I flied back from Stockholm, my suitcase was seriously damaged. There are extremely deep scratch/cut on the outside, the protection cover I put on was broken with several big holes. And many things inside destroyed. It takes me 2-3 hours to clean the inside broken pieces. That is a 600 EUR PC+aluminum suitcase. It is one of the hardest/firmest suitcase one can find on market and still it damaged like that. Three hundreds euro ticket, there is no food, snacks, drinks, only free tee/coffee with very bad and slow service altitude. People who read this review, I sincerely recommend you consider other airlines, SAS IS THE WORST I'VE EXPERIENCED. Even cheap Ryanair has better service than them.
