AVOID FRONTIER AT ALL COSTS. This was my first and last time flying Frontier. I never actually flew though because my flight was cancelled. I didn't know airlines could cancel a flight and the next flight they can put you on is 5 days later (Christmas Day). Frontier Airlines by far exceeds Spirit as the worst airline ever and should be put out business. And apparently they've been canceling flights left and right. Why are they the only airline doing this? Since I foolishly waited until two weeks before Christmas to buy a ticket, Frontier was the only budget-friendly option. Unfortunately, they cancelled my flight to Chicago tonight just a few hours before take off. Like many others in line with me, I didn't check my email until after going through security, after the TSA agent broke my brother's Christmas gift and unwrapped my Sister's. Other inconveniences include paying for the Uber ride to the airport, the cost of my hotel in Chicago that I couldn't cancel, and waiting in the obnoxiously long line to receive a piece of paper that might as well have just said "you're out of luck." Thanks for ruining Christmas, Frontier.
