Iberia and Iberia Express review by Hugo 2014-06-09

I would like to separate this review in 2 parts, one is the whole process of buying the tickets and making the reservation and the other is the experience you get flying with them. Through the whole process of making a reservation you will see in several occasions that they will do a very good job in hiding important information about your flight, like a lot of types of restrictions, that if you knew before odds are you will be booking in a different company. Inside the airplane, the cabin is not quite clean and looks kind of old. The entertainment system is from the 90's, one small tv for every 12 chairs. The crew is rude and lazy. The list of disappointments is very big, but i think that at least i could give a general idea...
