Air New Zealand review by Josh 2016-01-05

Excellent service on my Wellington-Dunedin flight. I began feeling quite unwell prior to boarding the plane, and mentioned this to the air hostess as I boarded in the hope that there would be a spare seat in the back of the plane near the bathroom. I received service well beyond what was expected from the hostesses, who brought me water, checked on me to see how I was feeling regularly and, during a period where I felt particularly unwell, let me sit in the hostess jump seat right beside the bathroom door. They were professional, caring, and made a flight that could have been awful, very bearable. A+ service. EDITORS COMMENT: Wow that is excellent service - not that we expect anything less from ANZ - they are superb.
