0 customer service at the front extremely unprofessional Rude. Don't really care for the passenger has to say. My flight was schedule at 6:20pm I arrive at 5:40 didn't have a have to check in a bag and they told me I have to be rescheduled to next flight and also charge me an extra $100.00 This company ethic just plain and simple sucks. The little money you save on the flight is NOT WORTH THE ADGGRAVATION DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE EMPLOYEE THE REPRESENTS THEM.
