I am Abdurrahman Arslan. Today (28 November 2015) because of an unannounced change in the gate number J17 Flight : OD 1602 from Kuala Lumpur to Kuching caused me to miss the flight. In KLIA 2, Air Asia have already occupied all the announcements and even out of 20-22 gates in either row J or K, there is only 1 or 2 flights are allocated to Malindo Air. The screens are placed very far from the gates and it cannot be a logic reason to defend your staff indifferent attitude. The staff of Malindo Air at the counter were arrogant and reluctant to speak to me when I was trying to ask about what I can do. There was no announcement for the change of gate number J17. Malindo Air is still very inexperienced airline and not able to establish even a friendly conversation with the customers. Once again, there was no announcement for the change of gate number and your staff at the counter have also admitted that. Malindo Air should change its policy to have and effective announcement for the passengers and KLIA 2 is not for AIr Asia only.
