Philippine Airlines review by Leonard 2016-05-11

PAL was one of the worst airlines I've ever taken. The flight going to and from my destination was delayed for hours. The staff was inexperienced and unprofessional. They did not do their best to attend to the people in the boarding gate and the crew was unfriendly. Neither did they compensate for their lateness. The staff even laughed at one passenger behind her back. I will never take PAL again if possible.
