Dear passengers, I'm writing to inform you about the rip-off with air Baltic. Be careful when buying a ticket and thinking that it is cheaper than others, it is NOT CHEAPER. This company reduce the cost of its ticket by excluding heavy luggage and food from a flight-this is normal for low-coaster companies, but to my surprise I had to pay for my check-in (!!!) Seriously ?! For check-in? I had a return flight from Moscow to Milan with a change in Riga and I HAD TO PAY 4 TIMES FOR ONLINE CHECK-IN. The price for each differs from 11 to 20 euros , so overall you can get PLUS 80 EUROS TO YOUR ORIGINAL TICKET PRICE. Should I pay next time for the safety instruction or something else? Probably it was mentioned in some enormous "terms and conditions" that everyone ticks without second thought coz all the companies are supposed to play a fair game by the same rules. But Air Baltic doesn't. I am really disappointed with Air Baltic.
