What a joke... the best airline in North America!!! AC is not a shadow of what used to be. I flew YYZ-MUC on the first row of economy (premium seat) for the legroom that is the worst seat... you can stretch your legs because the bulkhead position. The dinner was horrible similar to what they serve in the movies when they present a prison cafeteria...that is the looks and taste. The only good thing is the open bar thru the flight that help me to go thru... and breakfast..hahahahahahaha just a hard and cold horrible sweet muffin... very, very bad. Seat comfort on the A333 was just not the best... when I flew back in LH I felt the poor quality of AC...LH have such a great economy product .. NO MORE AC to Europe unless would be my only option to do it..
