Economy Class

After waiting an hour and 2 minutes to speak with a human (call back was not an option) The lady whom I spoke with begun by telling me how there was a possibility of helping possibly refunding part of my cost, then followed to tell me how it actually is not possible. Trying to give her options of what to do, changing dates, adding insurance plan or complete cancelation she said, "my hands are tied and theres nothing I can do." Not happy with this response I asked to speak with a manager/ supervisor. I was told there is no such thing and that she will make a note and have someone contact me in at least 5-7 business days, which is where the real problem came. This is completely unreasonable, because if a flight leaves in 5 days I can not speak to a representative until after my initial flight, then I was lied to and said it is less than 7 days from my return flight (on Tuesday the 12th I was told that they cannot do anything about my return flight the 21 because it is not within 7 business days.) There is no reasoning of will from the company to help you resolve your problems. This is a corporation that is only in it to get something out of their customer and once they have what the
