Flew CPH-SFO in 2014 and will be returning to CPH on SAS next month. 1) Allowed one non-alcoholic beverage with a plastic meal for the whole flight. Anything extra, alcoholic or non-alcoholic (besides water) you had to pay for... on an intercontinental flight... 2) It's an old fleet 3) The audio for the in-flight entertainment didn't work, and I switched seats 3 times to find audio that works with no such luck 4) Staff were helpful and embarrassed about the state of services that SAS provides. 5) Incredibly uncomfortable seats with zero leg room I only took this flight because of the direct CPH-SFO run, but now Norwegian offers CPH-OAK which I will be taking in the future. SAS certainly isn't the airline it used to be.
