Air New Zealand review by Jim 2016-02-15

Overall a good experience.....but......be warned....if your flight segments are not all on the same ticket, you will be charged baggage fees for every segment, even though they all connect and are on air New Zealand....and you will have to recheck your bags again and again....a Major failing in my book and certainly a royal pain......second, even though we had booked and payed for better seating on our return Auckland to San Francisco, flight we did not get it, too bad for us apparently.... The flight to Auckland had gone off without a hitch.
