I have made some 12 flights with China Southern. my last four flights commencing 16th January, 2015 - Flight CZ382 from Brisbane to Guangzhou. I have been travelling frequently by air since 1960. I am at a total loss to understand the criticisms I have seen on this web site. China Southern, you do a great job and I'll sure be with you again.
