a direct flight to Calgary from Montreal was re-directed to Toronto where we had to wait 7 hours then we were flown back to Montreal, and 3 hours after that put on flight to Calgary. 19 hours in all. Then Westjet lost all our ski equipment. absolutely the worst customer service ever! will never ever fly with them again and everyone not to as well.
