Air France review by Christine 2017-03-31

I am a 2 million miler on delta, and have flown AF all over the world. I flew out of Zurich yesterday am and had the MOST passive aggressive, unpleasant desk agent I have EVER encountered. I was flying business and she interrupted my check in to process 9 flight members and check their luggage without sending me to another agent. She was rude and gave me a difficult time about my carry on size--- though it was a collapsible bag with a large winter coat in it. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor. To top it off -- my bags mysteriously did not make it to the US. inappropriate customer interface, compounded by treating frequent customers this way!!! BOO AF
