Malaysia Airlines review by Mike 2014-03-31

Flew Malaysian between KL and Ho Chi Minh City and then Hanoi to KL. I'd previously been a fan but boy have they dropped their game. The flight attendants on both flights were unfriendly and hardly smiled the whole trip. The meal was ok but not of the quality that I remember, the aircraft was a 737-800 and the landing at Saigon was one of the roughest I've had, seating was cramped and not designed for long haul. Have they dropped the ball, yes I think so, what a shame.
