I have Traveled extensively in Asia, to Europe and Australia in the last 15 years. Malaysia have been my preferred choice in Long and Short haul routes. I have always found the cabin staff courteous and helpful. Aircraft and entertainment have improved a lot; however food choice is not so good now and quality inconsistent. To be fair it is a budget airline in all but mame. The upgrade to 30KG luggage and special deals makes flying Malaysia a better deal than the Low cost carriers like Jet Star and Air Asia which I have used a lot too.
