I arrived to the airport 50 minutes before departure time with no lugage. The company would not allow ne to get to ny flight saying that I would not make it through security on time. This is only the begining of my nightmare. They tell us to call costuner service, costumer service takes 1 hr to answer to give us the fantastic solution of getting the bext flight 2 days later !! ...they are actually setious about this solution, in addition they said I have to find accomodations till my next flight. To my surprise I wasnt the only one, there were at least 5 other passangers with the same problem and no solution. After 45 minutes of arguing they finally offered anither flight to NJ, only for 20 Dollars extra. At this point I have already payed over 500 dollas for a flight that initially costs 250 dollars. Thanks for the worse experience of my life Frontier. Never again, I hope someone reads this and never travel with this airline.
