Economy Class

Flights cancelled was announced 80 mins before boarding with the explanation that the crew needed rest. The staff had no idea if the flight would be rescheduled or when they would know anything. All passengers -120- had to wait until the staff found out more and when they did 1) they hard a hard time verbalizing the options to the passengers (language barrier) and; 2) never informed the passengers waiting at the gate. A few passengers had to argue to get our prepaid baggage fee and upgraded seat refunded as well as the flight. Unbelievable and horrible first (and last) experience.
