Frontier Airlines review by Amy 2017-04-06

We flew Frontier when Southwest cancelled our flight and nearly ruined our vacation. I thoroughly read the site so I knew what the charges were before going to the airport. The plane was delayed approximately half hour but not a big deal. Plane was clean. Crew was fantastic. I ended up applying for their credit card while on the flight and have since booked another flight on Frontier. It seems many of the complaints about this airline are from people who don't read about the fees before they go to the airport and then blame the airline for their own ignorance. If you know what you're getting into, this is a fantastic airline. This is a no frills airline but I'll give up a cushy seat and a free snack to save $300 one way for a family of four.
