we flew from guangzhou to singapore then to brisbane Australia 15-16/Jan/2016. when we landed, we realised our laptop's missing, we was not sure from which trip it was gone, i sent email to the airport and to the airline. one week later, a lady from singapore airline rang me on my mobile, she found my number from the tag. she was exited to find me and told me the laptop's there. she then arranged it flew on a flight next day and sent email to all the parties involved. she followed it up everyday till i confirmed we had collected the laptop from brisbane airport. during this time, some other staff had been sending me email to advise status, etc. very impressive services. not the first time to flight with them, but they have been excellent as always.
