Economy Class
Long haul flight London to Perth. Plane and comfort OK, however crew service and attitude was poor. No smiles. Toilets were not cleaned during flight. Bags lost enroute, delivered 2 days later. MAS lost baggage compensation is only Ringit 150 (about $35 USD) per claim and even then MAS still arguing over payment saying it is 'discretionary'. Won't be flying MAS again..
