I frequently fly between Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. The only reason I take Malaysia airline is because of it's flight timing which suites me. The biggest complain I have is about the consistent flight delay. On average, it delays for an hour, both from Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur. In Hong Kong, the flight parks at the far most gates where I generally see all budget airlines. In flight, touch screen are not that good and quite few times, the remote control is found stuck. Food is generally good and so as the cabin crew. Ground staff/rep in HK are terrible, although staff in KL are generally good. The online ticketing system is not that user friendly. Also, at times, after payment, the ticket number doesn't get issued and it is needed to call customer service(which is a painful exercise) and tell them again all the details, including the Credit Card number to get the ticket issued, very painful. The Enrich millage program does not have a good and friendly web interface. You need to maintain two different accounts with Malaysia airline as booking and encrich are not integrated. The enrich silver tier does not not provide any benefit, except priority boarding.
