Frontier Airlines review by Natalia 2015-12-18

WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER TAKEN. My experience with this airline was absolutely horrible. To start it off, they gave me the wrong name for my boarding pass, and when i corrected them after having to go all the way back through security, they didn't even apologize. My bag had been sent off with the name RYAN! I am A FEMALE. How did they manage to get this mixed up??????!!!! To continue, the flight was not comfortable. No televisions, no cushions. This airline is horrible. I do not recommend ANYONE to take this airline. They have yet again, lost another customer.
