Brother in law purchased tickets then was diagnosed with lymphoma four days before flight with surgery scheduled two days before flight. Allegient not concerned. No refund, extended use of tickets. "Nothing we can do." Actually "Nothing we WANT to do" is more accurate. Delta and others make allowances for unforeseen emercencies. It's just good business. This poor business model, not to mention the appalling lack of compassion for a hurting family is unacceptable. A review of their "standards" would be in order from the top down.
