My experiences in Air New Zealand were Excelent. An easy web to book my flights and nice promos. Staff very gently at the counters check in. I flew from Auckland to Palmerston North (Rugby World Cup 2011) and 2 way Auckland-Queesntown-Auckland (2012), always on time.
