Airline with worst customer service. I have been trying to call to their call centre for the past 3 days (so many times) and never managed to get anyone even after waiting for >15mins!!! I just wanted to add luggage (S$50 for miserable 5KG). Will NEVER BUY TICKETS from them again!!
